Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. Please see below for more information about our returns policy.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include proof of purchase].

In some cases, returns are free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not the result of an error on misshopee.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURNS
