1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some advantages to having an account with us:

  • Fast payment process
  • Easily view the status and history of your orders
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery. Cash on delivery means that you place an order in our store and pay after you receive the goods.

 

3. How to set my shipping address?

As our website and service are based on the Bulgarian language, all information you enter must be in the Bulgarian language, including punctuation. If some letters in your address contain non-Bulgarian letters, we recommend that you use similar Bulgarian ones instead.

 

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be corrected once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address with your home address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

 

5. How long does the delivery take and how can I track my package?

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Shipping time is based on the shipping option you selected. After the order is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number and tracking website.

 

6. What if I have missing items in my order?
